Fire Protection Subcontractor for Sprinkler & Alarm Companies
Your customers want everything under one roof. Subcontract your extinguisher, emergency light, and hood system inspections to us. We work with fire sprinkler and fire alarm companies across the Nashville area.
Who I Work With
I do not install or service sprinklers or fire alarms, so I never compete with you.
Fire Sprinkler Companies
Your customers want one company for everything. I inspect the extinguishers while your crew does the sprinkler inspection, and I bill you directly.
Fire Alarm Companies
Your customers want one company for everything. I inspect the extinguishers while your crew does the alarm inspection, and I bill you directly.
Facility Management Companies
Your client needs a local fire and life safety vendor. I take the work order, do the inspection, and send one invoice per trip.
What I Handle for You
I cover the inspections your crew does not do.
Extinguisher Inspection & Tag
I inspect and tag every extinguisher on the property. I can schedule it for the same day your crew is on site.
Emergency Lights & Exit Signs
I test the emergency lights and exit signs, so your customer does not need another company for them.
Kitchen Hood Suppression
I inspect kitchen hood suppression systems at properties with a commercial kitchen.
Billing Through You
I bill your company, and you bill your customer. You can add it to your own inspection invoice.
Failed Units
When a unit fails, I red tag it and report it to you. You approve the replacement, and I order it and come back to install it.
Compliance Report Filing
Where your customer's jurisdiction requires reports to be filed, I submit them to the portal, such as The Compliance Engine.
How Much Does It Cost?
Subcontract pricing depends on how many units are on the job and how far I drive. Send us your job list and we will price it.
