Do you replace expired or damaged extinguishers on-site?

Yes, for standard ABC extinguishers. We carry those on the truck and swap out expired, damaged, or missing units during the same visit. CO2, halotron, and Class K units are the exception, because we do not stock them and testing goes through an outside company. Plan on a return trip for those, and on three to six weeks when a unit has to be tested.

Do your inspections follow NFPA 10 and OSHA requirements?

Yes. All inspections follow NFPA 10 standards and OSHA requirements. We hold the Fire Extinguisher Firm Certification #541 and Specialist License #2405 in the state of Tennessee.

Do you provide inspection documentation to the fire marshal?

Yes. Every unit gets a current inspection tag, and you receive documentation for your own records. Where your jurisdiction requires reports to be filed, we submit the PDF for you.

How fast can you come out?

We get out the next day or within a few days in most cases. If we are already working near you and the job is small, we can sometimes come the same day. Call or text us and you get a specific arrival time, not a two to four hour window.
